FERTILIZER / LIME ANALYSIS SAMPLING GUIDE
LIQUIDS:
For most tests, 4 ounces of liquid in a plastic bottle is sufficient. Tightly close bottle cap to prevent spillage in transit. When sending more than one sample, please take care to identify each sample clearly.
GRANULAR / LIMESTONE:
For most tests, approx. 1/2 lb of product should be sufficient. A soil bag or doubled zip log bag maybe used. Make sure identification will not rub off in transit.
GYSPUM:
These samples should be identified as gypsum, to ensure proper handling at the laboratory.
And last but not least, please enclose filled out Fertilizer Submittal Form with desired tests marked.
